The following Terms of Service constitute a binding agreement between your organization and Mobius Technology Consulting, LLC regarding the provision of technology consulting and advisory services. Engaging our firm signifies acceptance of these terms unless superseded by a signed statement of work or master services agreement.
1. Scope of Services
Mobius Technology Consulting, LLC agrees to deliver the consulting services described in your proposal, statement of work, or signed order form. Deliverables may include assessments, roadmaps, presentations, architecture guidance, and facilitation sessions. Recommendations are advisory unless expressly contracted as implementation work.
2. Client Cooperation
Successful outcomes depend on timely access to stakeholders, systems documentation, and accurate information. You agree to provide reasonable cooperation, accurate representations, and timely decisions. Mobius Technology Consulting, LLC is not responsible for delays or limitations caused by withheld access, incomplete inputs, or third-party dependencies outside our control.
3. Fees and Expenses
Fees, billing cadence, and expenses are set forth in your agreement. Unless stated otherwise, consulting fees cover professional time and specified deliverables—not third-party software licenses, cloud consumption, hardware, or subcontracted implementation unless separately approved. Late payments may result in suspension of work until accounts are current.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon satisfaction of fees for custom deliverables created specifically for you (such as written reports or diagrams labeled as client deliverables), you receive a license to use those materials for your internal business purposes. Mobius Technology Consulting, LLC retains rights to generalized methodologies, templates, tools, and non-confidential know-how developed before or during the engagement.
